Thank you for welcoming us home after 20 years in Nashville TN, we are so excited to be back in our Hometown again and hope to bring what we learned to the future generations to learn music faster with a more complete understanding of what it is to be the revered and ever-wondered "musician" and how to GET THERE!!! We want you to feel the feeling you can only get from actively participating in the musical experience by PLAYING music! Its the best feeling in the world. Let us share it with you and your family!
Teach In Harmony
All teachers undergo extensive training to constantly be up to date with all that is music and technology so that we can assist our students in developing their technique to meet their goals. We are always looking for qualified teachers to join our team.

Northwest Arkansas and Arkansas in general is known for excellent and unique music and art. From Levon Helm to Johnny Cash, we are rich in talent. Musicians Pro Academy hopes to help hone that talent like a smooth arkansas sharpening stone to help our community be vibrant with joy-producing music. From guiding up and coming musicians with Music City dreams to nurturing the back-porch sing-a-long for generations to come, we are excited to be here for many years and to help YOU reach YOUR goals to better yourself, sharpen your skills and have more fun on whatever instrument you choose to learn.

Shaun Bayles
Founder’s Notes and Bio
Shaun Bayles is an acclaimed guitarist to Major Label and Independent artists, an in demand session musician, and nationally recognized composer. He has built a reputation on his depth of musical knowledge with an unwavering passion for music that is audible.
Shaun was raised in Northwest Arkansas, attended Springdale High School and studied in the music program under Pat Ellison. After attending the University of Arkansas for 1 year, at the age of 19, Shaun left for Nashville TN to attend and graduate the acclaimed Belmont University's Music Program.
There and beyond Shaun has personally studied with some of the most revered guitarists to grace the worlds stage including Paul Abrams, Muriel Anderson, John Pell, Jack Pearson, Robbie Thompson and Mario DaSilva.
As a professional, Shaun is considered one of Nashville’s top guitarists and has performed all over the world with Country, Pop and Rock music’s biggest stars and living legends including Little Texas, Carmine Appice, Dustin Lynch, Bucky Covington, Chuck Wicks, Michelle Wright, Sarah Buxton, Trent Willmon, Alana Grace, Katrina Elam and many other Major Label artists.
